We want you to be completely satisfied with every ANTHEM online purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise by mail within 30 days of receipt. Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling.

- Refunds: Returns are refunded in the original payment form for the merchandise price, less shipping and handling. Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping & Handling: These charges are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect and a replacement is unavailable.
- Taxes: Tax charges are refunded in accordance with state and local laws.
- Exclusions: Customized, monogrammed, and personalized items cannot be returned.
- Condition: Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with ANTHEM tags attached.
- Furniture & Lighting: All furniture and light fixture returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

In-Store Returns:
Online orders can be returned in person at any of our store locations for exchange or store credit. Please provide your order confirmation at the time of return. If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed, typically within five days of the store receiving the merchandise.
