The Charleston Bookcase is a decidedly modern piece crafted of Mahogany solids and wrapped Saguran raffia, hand woven on the island of Bohol in the central Visayas region of the Philippines. Using the fibers of the Tipot palm tree this raffia features a rich dimensional depth not found in lesser machine woven grasscloth. Tapered legs with chrome plated ferrules. Two fixed shelves above two doors with chrome plated hardware. Behind the doors is one adjustable shelf.
